Currently, as the Head of Design for North America at Colgate-Palmolive, I oversee a portfolio spanning Personal Care, Home Care, and purpose-led brands like Tom’s of Maine and Hello. My work focuses on orchestrating cross-functional ecosystems —leveraging Generative and Predictive AI to accelerate innovation while ensuring every touchpoint delivers world-class brand experiences.
Beyond the corporate boardroom, I am committed to shaping the future of our craft. As an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, I teach Design Leadership in the Master’s program, codifying the methodologies required to lead in an increasingly digital and automated world. My advocacy for the industry is reflected in my roles as a Global Co-Lead of the RSA Decolonizing Design Coalition, where I champion diversity of thought and inclusive design as fundamental business imperatives.
A global authority and frequent keynote speaker, I have served as a Global Juror for the ADC, Dieline, and PRINT Awards, helping define the benchmarks of excellence for the international design community. I am also a co-author of “Brand Bible: The Complete Guide to Building, Designing, and Sustaining Brands,” a definitive resource for brand architecture.
Based in my hometown of New York City, I hold a Master’s in Branding and B.F.A. in Graphic Design and Advertising from the School of Visual Arts. Whether I am mentoring emerging talent, advising on DesignOps architecture, or supporting causes such as Youth Empowerment and Animal Rescue, my goal remains the same: to design a world that is as functional as it is beautiful and as equitable as it is innovative.
